Mailing List Members
Find what mailing list members are and ways to subscribe to a mailing list.
Mailing list members are users that have joined a specific mailing list to receive regular email messages, including weekly newsletters. If the app that is used to manage the mailing list allows it, you can also approve members manually, but in this case such emails may be looked upon as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Typically, these members can unsubscribe from a list by clicking on a hyperlink in the emails they receive, or you, as the mailing list admin, can manually remove them if they ask for this or in case you reach the decision that some of the mailing list members should not be part of the mailing list anymore. Each mailing list member will see only their own address in the "To" section of the messages they receive, but not the addresses of the rest of the mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Web Hosting
In case you’ve got a Linux cloud web hosting with our company and you set up a mailing list, you will be able to manage the subscribers easily. You don’t even have to log into your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, as you can accomplish everything via email from any place. By sending out messages with given commands to majordomo@yourdomain.com, you will be able to access many options offered by our popular Majordomo mailing list client program. You can see a list of all active mailing list members, or if you need – you can include/delete members. If you include a new mailbox, the user will be informed and will have to confirm that they wish to be added to the list. Removing a user is also rather easy – you just need to send an email to the administrative email address associated with the given mailing list.
